<code>
Put this in your .bashrc file (or whatever shell you use on your puter)
alias geek="whois -h whois.geektools.com"

It all starts with 7 and goes downhill from there.

I wonder if there are domain registration rehab centers? :-)

I had ssh on my phone years back for the express purpose of registering domains. I'm glad I kicked that habit. I've now replaced it with Twitter.

I'm laughing. My first thought was: man, I need to get on this whois checking via phone. I can totally do that!

But actually I don't have a problem. Nope. Not admitting there's an issue at all. I mean, I only have six or seven domains right now, each related to a (semi-)active project. So they're real. They're not going to be handed off so they're totally legit. I've let a few lapse and I don't really think about them daily any more, usually. And I only intend to get a handful more. At least immediately. And I can stop registering anytime. See? No issue.
