Nikol is awesome & it's even better knowing that she's so geeky! I just met her last night oh so briefly and she's even more cute and wonderful in person. I, too, am crazy about Ira Glass. I've been addicted to This American Life for years & recently (finally) snagged a ticket to see him live -- they always sell out so fast I had to get the tix 6 months in advance! I have been actively on the hunt for sufficient info about his geekiness to include him here -- but maybe just having him be the object of geek girl crushes is enough! Fabulous first post. I have a lot of videos to catch up with tomorrow. I checked out her site and it looks really informative. I love that there are positive role models out there for teens thinking about issues related to sex. That is awesome. I'm with her on Ira Glass. I think I'll put him on the list of people to cover at some point. I had to stop listening to that show in the car, because I would find myself pulling over and losing track of time for an hour, which is ok if you aren't on your way to work ;-) It looks like Nikol is a geek in a few different ways.
